Small Group Training is available (wrestling teams, volleyball teams, softball teams, etc). In conjunction with the program outlined by the coach, our Certified Personal Trainers provide the pre-season training necessary for the athletes to join their team already in competition shape.
Individual Training is customized for the individual needs of the athlete. This one-on-one program is more intense and targets areas of the individual athlete needing the most improvement. These personalized sessions bring faster results to the dedicated athlete.
